went a little camera crazy today, and took a LOT of pictures, mostly just of random stuff, like birds, my cat, a camera flash, stuff like that. I'm also putting up some pictures I took on my summer vacation to Yellowstone. 'twas really purty up their, at least in the parts that didn't look alike ^_^; if you're wondering what the weird blurry stuff in some of the pictures is, it's bug guts on the windshield of the car..... ya.

little story from the trip, involving rental cars and hitting things.

So, me and my dad are driving along in the big open nothingness that is what we call the "scenic rout" .... big yellow-brown fields that look so much alike that if you fell asleep, when you woke up, it would look like you hadn't moved at all. So, as we are driving along, we see something black and semi round coming toward us, about the size of a quarter, and then SMACK, right into the windshield, sending bug guts all over the left side. the dead bug shall forever be known as Bugzilla.
about five minutes later, we hit a prairie chicken. in the rental car. very, very loudly.
